Thursday 10th December saw Reception, Primary 1, Primary 2 and Primary 3 stage a one night only performance of “ A little Birdie Told Me.” The evening’s entertainment was opened by the woodwind and strings Ensemble, guided by Miss Griffin and Miss Somerville. It was clear that they all had been practising very hard as their playing was flawless.
The main event told the Nativity story from the point of view of a robin who wanted to visit the new born baby Jesus. The pupils performed to a packed house and everyone delivered their lines brilliantly. We are immensely proud of all the pupils who were on stage last night and a big thank you to all who turned up to enjoy the children deliver the Christmas story in their unique way.
Special Thanks to Miss Morgan (Rec), Miss Mallon(P1), Miss O’Hare(P2), Mrs Doyle (P3), Mrs Murray(P1), Mrs McIntosh(P2), Mrs Ward(P2) and Mr Fegan(P3) for all their work in preparing the pupils to deliver such an excellent show. A special thank you to Miss Griffin (P7) for the music.
