Today at Assembly, Mr Mussen read a story about a young girl who was anxious during her first week of school and he discussed the ways in which her friends were able to help her feel happy and more settled in school. Lots of children can feel worried and that's ok. In Carnacaville, we're all here to help each other feel safe and happy. Our Kindness Award was awarded to Sadri for that very reason - being kind to other children in our school. We also celebrated the achievements of Ollie and Tom who received their Grade 1 in Clarinet. Maith sibh! We congratulated our Shining Stars and Pupils of the Week and finally, we sang Happy Birthday to the birthday girl, Holly.
