After winning our school heats of the Environmental Youth Speak 2018, Conor Hale travelled to the St Patrick's Centre in Downpatrick last week to represent our school in the Junior Final in the Newry, Mourne and Down District Area.
Conor delivered his speech on the topic "FOOD WASTE: Brown is the New Black." The judges were obviously as impressed as we were with Conor's speech because they awarded him OVERALL WINNER in Newry, Mourne and Down District Area Environmental Youth Speak 2018!
Everyone in our school community is very proud of Conor and his amazing achievement.
