Last week, we received some tremendous news. One of our Primary 7 pupils, Joseph Manley, won the junior section of the Newry and Mourne Environmental Youth Speak competition. Joseph was tasked with writing and delivering a three-minute speech on key environmental issues facing society today. Last Friday, he attended the annual Eco Schools Green Flag Ceremony in Warrenpoint Town Hall where he was presented with his certificate. This is an outstanding achievement for Joseph who undoubtedly has a very bright future ahead of him. Our whole school is very proud of his achievement. Congratulations Joseph!
