Girls and boys in Primary Four had a great time celebrating International Talk Like a Pirate Day today.
Children found out their pirate names then learned how to talk like pirates. They performed role plays for the P4 pirate crew and sang sea shanties. There was more pirate themed fun for Numeracy, then children learned about procedural writing before following instructions to make their own pirate hats.
