In P.E this half term, Primary 6 have been learning about dance and they have focused on the Haka. First, we learnt about the origins of the Haka, then we learnt it together as a whole class. The children then worked in groups to perform the haka in unison. In turns, they presented their Haka to the rest of the class. Following this, children worked on their own dance movements and added them into the Haka to create their very own version. We have some excellent dancers in Primary 6.
