We all wrote some sentences about why we would like to be on the school Eco-Committee. Then we read them to the rest of the class. We had to talk about everyone's ideas and think about them for a few days. Next came Voting Day. We got our voting cards and had to write the name of someone to represent our P3 class on the Eco-Committee. Then we posted our votes in the ballot box. All the votes had to be counted. Ella and Hugh are the new P3 representatives on the school Eco-Committee. They have to go to meetings with Mrs Brennan and the other Eco members. Hugh and Ella will tell the committee about all the P3 ideas. They will listen carefully and report back to our class after the meetings.
